QICE is a New Zealand consulting business specialising in practical ISO management systems.
We work with businesses across a range of industries to develop, implement and improve systems that support standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 27001.
Our approach is simple: a management system should work for the business, not make the business work around the system.

Cata has extensive experience in management systems development and implementation, process improvement, business strategy and organisational change.
His work focuses on helping businesses build practical systems that improve how they operate, manage risk and meet recognised standards.
He specialises in:

Over recent years, he has supported more than 100 businesses to improve their systems, strengthen internal capability and identify opportunities for improvement.
